  Make sure you book your table ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Sabor is very popular and gets very busy.
  Overall a great place for any chocolate lover. Wonderful desserts and great atmosphere. A must do when in the valley.

  Sabor has a beautiful range of unique deserts, every one a masterpiece! They also offer a range of EXCELLENT Belgian hot chocolates and coffees. Every staff member we spoke to was lovely and helpful, however there is definitely room for improvement with regard to the customer experience.
  
  We found ourselves waiting at the door to go inside and then waiting in the queue to order and then waiting for our takeaway drinks to be ready - all up 30 minutes. No takeaway coffee should take so long, particularly when they were not super busy (plenty of tables still empty).
  
  I think they would benefit from having seated customers orders taken at the table. The current process of having dine in and takeaway stand in the same queue to order just slows everyone down. An extra staff member behind the counter or making drinks also wouldn’t hurt.
  
  A shame, as everything was so delicious, that the processes left us with a sour taste.

  Delicious, quality desserts!!! We were grateful we had booked a table beforehand to avoid a wait time for a table. Make sure you book a table ahead of time to avoid being disappointed. We had a lovely table by the window with a beautiful view. There was a very long take away line happening, which was a little disconcerting as we didn't expect a long wait time to line up to order but it gave us plenty of time to check out all of the desserts in the window before making the hard decision of just one thing to try. The staff were friendly & efficient though in handling all of the customers coming through. Beautifully presented desserts that were absolute heaven to eat! Definitely a must visit place when in the Hunter Valley

  Great range of delightful goodies. Lovely hot chocolate drink to go with our treats. A small rant... Please people - warm raisin toast requires room temp butter! By the time the butter can be spread the toast is cold and horrible. A disappointing bump in an otherwise good experience that's so easily fixed. Why keep all your butter in the fridge (esp in winter) when surely running a service business you have an idea of your customer tastes?

  Fantastic surprise find between wine tastings in the Hunter Valley. Big portion pastries that are just perfect for sharing. We loved being able to buy a dessert wine with our food. We heart they also have Portuguese tarts but sell out, so we are going tomorrow morning to get one!! Very friendly service.
