However, on moving to a new town, they sent a letter charging $33 to have detailed records sent to another doctor saying that our new doctor had requested them. As our new doctor had made no such request, it just felt a bit like robbery.
Shame their customer service is so mercenary. - P M Added June 30, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude receptionist. Website fees are different to what they actually charge.
